1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 288jl ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 288jl platform, website, mobile application, or any related services operated under the 288jl brand at https://288jl.net.

By accessing 288jl in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered account holder — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the 288jl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 288jl.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.5 KYC Verification

3. Account Responsibilities

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 288jl is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower deposit limits until verification is finalised.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off time are typically processed on the same day. 288jl does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawals — processing times may be extended during peak periods, following large withdrawal requests, or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals are credited to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

288jl maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 288jl reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the account.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

288jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have opted in prior to the modification.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 288jl platform — including live casino games, JILI and PG Soft slots, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, and sabong — is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to 288jl support immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 288jl staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Accessing the platform if you are self-excluded, suspended, or otherwise barred from gambling by a regulatory authority.

288jl reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities — in response to any prohibited conduct.

8. Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by 288jl

288jl reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder is under 21 years of age; (d) a regulatory requirement mandates such action; or (e) the integrity of the platform or other players is at risk.

8.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 288jl customer support via the live chat function on the platform. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a 288jl account — whether initiated by the player or by 288jl — any unused bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are eligible for withdrawal under these Terms will be returned to the player. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Intellectual Property

Reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of any 288jl content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 288jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond 288jl's reasonable control.

288jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their 288jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

288jl does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond 288jl's control may temporarily affect platform availability. 288jl will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate scheduled downtime in advance where possible.

11. Privacy & Data

288jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering a 288jl account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and customer support.

12. Responsible Gaming

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

288jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 288jl will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon next login.

Continued use of the 288jl platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using 288jl and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 of these Terms.
